3. How long are you playing CSS ?

Played it for 100+ hours | On current account for 62.2 hours. I mainly played CS:GO Zombie escape, but wanted to change it up a bit.

4. Why do you think, we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?

I got previous staff experience on multiple servers but different platforms. I have never been staff on a CS:GO or CS:S server and would like to get new experience on different platforms. Mostly because I never had the chance before to become a CS Admin or even to apply for it. Most of my staff experience comes from "Minecraft" (I know it is not that rare) and from others like FiveM Roleplay. The last time I have been staff was at the beginning of this year on GFLclan their Minecraft. I do not play them anymore because it was the same over and over again. For a clear heads up, I think I would benefit in being helpful, respectful and want to have fun with others. When in need I will take actions. But I most likely prefer not to be a hard ass in the beginning.

5. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

A basic knowledge on moderation. For me being a full admin is a long time ago so to be honest I have to re-learn my experience. The thing I might have more as a benefit is that for the most part I can understand people their frustration and problems. I am also someone that wants to talk about it and don't go on actions. For me everyone has a chance and sometimes (if not to much) people also deserve a second. Yes, in zombie escape there can be a little frustration (also from me) but that is most likely when parkour or bhop goes wrong and you die. I understand and always be respectful towards others even if they disagree.

6. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

I am Kevin almost 19 years old (July 21) Currently I play games and do some little side projects like learning game development etc. in the time that I am home. I do not work currently due to Covid-19, It is very hard to get a new job back if there is a business crisis going on. Most of the time I am online in my home office on my computer. So also most of the time I will be online. Currently I can play a decent amount of time on the server maybe like more than 6 /8hours a day. But also this depends on what day and if I have appointments. My timezone currently is UTC+2 Amsterdam/Europe 

7. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  

At first it depends on the situation. A. is he obvious B. is he suspicious. | When a player uses aimbot and it is obvious that he is using it I will try to get at least a small bit of proof on maybe a recording just to make sure the proof is here when a report for false ban or appeal is made and there needs to be evidence provided. When this is done most likely you can ban him. You can also ask him why he is using it and question him out a bit, But in my opinion this depends on the situation and the player. For choice B. when he is suspicious I would spectate him and look how he is playing for a few minutes. When I cannot tell by myself if he is or not, I can record or ask a other fellow Admin to maybe review or also spectate him. If we agree that he is using it or he is not than we can take the proper actions. A important step is also looking at reports if people might have picked up some suspision about the player. | So why do I like to achieve proof? Many people are not going to tell the truth if they were or were not cheating. Mostly this is also for the defence of yourself as a staff member. You have proof of the case and proof of your punishment you executed, when there might be a admin abuse report coming in or a normal appeal where proof might be handy.

Note:
Yes, I know I do not really have experience in previous CS servers but I would hope to achieve it someday. Learning is a key to unlock new experience and skill sets. I also know that I might not have that much of playtime. Sadly I cannot really check this myself.

This is a well written application, I can sort of tell what kind of person you are. I have not seen you on NIDE yet, so I don't really know your exact personality and behavior, but judging how you construct your application, It's quite professional, like how an admin would write it, so I would like to give this guy a chance.

Well written application. Experience on CS Servers isn't a problem, the work as admin won't be that hard and you'll have time to learn it anyways . Even if I never saw you on NiDE, I'm wishing you good luck for your application.

With my current account yes I have played 10 hours. To be honest I do not know my old information but that might be around 20 or so.
Still not a lot, hope to get that up a lot as fast as I can.
Tomorrow is one of the last days with a appointment after that I most likely will be active much more.

this is a really well application, Seems you take time when you do something and i probably don’t learn you that but it’s needed when you are admin on a server because a good action can be really closed to an abuse if you don’t take a good look on the situations.

effectively your time connection is approximately 23 hours and it’s not that much, maybe I’m wrong but it’s meaning that your knowledge about maps that we play on the server is probably not really good too so at start I would say -1 for the moment.

to be honest, according to your application, I would say big +1 if u keep playing on Nide and then, apply again with a better time connection and a better maps knowledge.

Why did you get Van ban ?

why don’t you want to be « hard ass » in the beginning ? It’s mean that you will change later?

On the vac ban question. It is from CS:GO. I can not present you with the correct information like the reason because I'll have to look that up again.
I can provide you with the details later maybe in private if you want to.

On what I mean with not want to be a hard ass in the beginning,
For example if someone is triiggerd and shouts something or types something I wouldn't mind depending on the situation.
If he does it multiple times and it gets annoying for others than yes I have to do something.

To make it short. I am not someone that only bans,kicks,mutes and go one. As an Admin that is not your only task. 
If you have any more questions let me know. And I will work on the map knowledge / playtime and apply back in the near future.

Have spoken with leads and decided to wait more time before deciding about your application. 

Need more improvements especially in your connection time and general knowledge about zombie escape gameplay, maps and rules. 

Besides you just bought admin access you can stay with it until it expires so the app will be locked temporarily
