Hello cancer LSA team, especially Life is a trash!

Let us know how u cancers take decisions on promoting trials? I cant get it. Seems retarded people like life is a trash doing this sh*t according to thier own feelings.

For example. The guy Rognus since he got admin did 4 bans and totally no impact on the game and he got promoted. Who is this Rognus? No1 know him. Just a new guy who play this game 3 days i dont mind him mb he will be good admin (10% chance max).

At the same time Forze did 15 bans and 30 mutes and he wasnt promoted. Who is Forze? Every1 know him, he play this game since this server was created, he have much more experience then all of u LSA trashers together, no jk.

This is that admin have to do at first place, ban and mute sh*tters which dont let people enjoy game, this is the only way to prove that u r active admin. 

So what do u want from good admin? Explain mb?

I can explain for u 10 iq brains. The main mission of good admin to provide good gameplay, do everything for that according to the rules ofc, this is very simple. This includes: transfering items and punishing people who do sh*t, especially on purpose, lets not talk about new players who play on server 3 days.  

I play not so often but still a lot. So what I can see? 100% nothing. Most admins not able to take decisions at all, not ready to take responsibility. Only WB from my point of view doing good sh*t nowadays and he also active. Where r u all? U gyus not even playing on server, only sucking each others dicks in discord as always. 

In conclusion I have to say this is not smart that u promote people who do nothing and lose good admins who really doing good work. 

Killik thanks for carring server u r best manager of all time but take care of your LSA trashers pls. Most of them barely play and play only sh*t maps they dont even understand anything.

This is eternal problem that we always dont have any admin online while playing good maps. Make Forze main LSA and u will see the great nide again!

i agree nide has been going downhill since long time now and it would be nice if the current management finally stepped up and did something about it.

nide admins are super flawed atm. (with some special exceptions) most of the time they dont take any actions because they are scared, inexperienced, sleeping, lacks a pair of balls, or all of them together. wicked said everything else i wanted to say about nide admins. 

it would be nice if current lsa's did something too, back then old lsa's used to teach trials/normal admins and actually helped them alot (can say with experience) and in general they just used to do something. most of the current nide admins just join the server and have no idea what they are doing in which lsa's can easily fix.

sure some admins don’t know the maps and procedures but it’s a learning process

the most important part of keeping ancient games like css alive is embracing the newbies

if you tell them to f*ck off, the platform will die out real quick

agree with him ... i've been playing on ze server for a long and a long time and i already made 3 applications which all got denied .. didn't even get the chance to be promoted to SA while life is accepting unexperienced and stupids and this retard rubyrose got admin without even making an application ???? meanwhile i spent more than 2 hours doing mine ??? f*ck is that ? clearly u only get promoted by licking other lsa balls on discord

Please be advised that the admin team makes decisions aimed to benefit the future of nide. If you don't agree with us, I believe we have a new nide chill server, or you can join unloze and post your limited ramblings there but I digress. 

Firstly, you appeal to our better sense of judgement by providing us zero respect, however expect us to understand and unpack your constructive criticism and provide you with a revolutionised solution. I implore you to understand that the continual negligence of common etiquette proves this and reenfoirces your limited knowledge of how this "cancer" lsa team operates.

What I expect from a good admin, is someone who doesn't explode the moment we provide criticism and expectations to do better. For all those reading this and those who responded above, there is an obvious reason why there is a divide between players and trolls and that is because we are tasked with dealing with the larger immature base of nide. I can only hope you look in a mirror. The main goal of an admin is to provide good gameplay, we concede this fact however, kindly point out that this point is somewhat mute when considering the perspectives of all the users of nide. 

How then do we provide good gameplay?

It is the duty of an admin to act in the general good of the players, and to act as nothing more reasonable man would. Due to the uncontrolled tempers and impulsive decisions we feel that it is in our best interests to act against this, to support the larger aspect of our community.

We honestly appreciate your time to post this thread and how you support our overarching management with Killik, but it seems contradictory that you then question the ability that he placed upon our Lead Admin Team. The decisions we have made currently stand and we hold the right to see potential in the server that we manage. If you are upset with this, you can apply for admin yourself. For all those with constructive information and ideas that wish to improve the server, please do not hesitate to reach out to any of the Lead Admins via discord to communicate your suggestions.

Sir , you know i have major respect for you, but let's be honest , normal server admins have no effect on the future of the server , this is a thing that relies on higher ups , server admins job is to keep the comfort of gameplay , yet most of those server admins are providing little to no utility , you may say that the gameplay kills or revives the community , but the higher ups should be the ones with steel judgement and their decree is no trivial matter, for me server admins are no judges , but enforcers according to rules , but a touch of creativity and personal effort would be the pinnacle to their job

you may have earned the respect of players , but have your admins do so ? they provide us no respect either , all i see from server admins is the not-so-delicate usage of insults towards players and even through nide's cursed tv bot , what i understood from his words is that lead admins are accepting new admins based on ... nothing ? no new admin of these deserve the place they have , you may say we accept admins based on their determination to learn , but that is not a point , i dislike mentioning people but to me i would not respect an admin which plays for 1 month and gets server admin , then do nothing in the process .

I do agree in this , forze is controversial as you put it , but i will trust him more than these new trials , atleast when it comes to what it comes , he can totally stand up and do his job if he sees fit , and if he makes a mistake then he may be reported then get the right punishment , but these new admins ? what to report and what not to report .... not like reports were ever taken seriously anyway.

and yes , i dont think being determined to learn qualifies someone as an admin , administration is no trivial matter , simply trying wont get you anywhere

That is true but sadly not a provided case in nide , no admin accepts criticism , and they do not act maturely and reasonably as you later mentioned , today in my case i had a personal disagreement with a server admin , he got frustrated that he could not take the right action , we had a chat discussion yet he muted me without a gag ? why , you may ask . because current admins fear to lose an argument , this is not what a mature person would do , and most of the new admins have the same flaws.

 

i hope you atleast got some of what i tried to explain , i may not be the most clean player now but i may be sure that more people will agree to my points.

Horny girl name hmm idk about that one. Ruby Rose was accepted into trial admins not because of me only but because of multiple people from managemnt side recommended him + hes online all the time and his knife he did he is well aware of this issue won't be doing this again.

Also his knife happened before he got trial admin.

First of all, u have no rights to talk here because u not playing on server at all. I wonder how u still LSA for all this years doing nothing to improve server. Also i perfectly know which kind of person u r. So.. where is my 100$ man? 

U want from me to talk with respect to u? Nice jk. U totally not deserve it so as most of LSA cos u gyus r useless. The only effective way to talk to u to be a little bit rude and u see it works u really give attention for my post we can see it.

Look at all people who liked your post. Most of them play on server 3 days. Its good that u r care about them but they will play here 3 more days then leave forever. So that about old players, the biggest part of server community. U have to care about them at first place but u told all of us to go unloze instead. 

So u talking about good decisions u made for a future of nide. Can u explain in details about that u r talking? I cant get it at all. Which decisions?

LSA main option is to care about trials and SA. Teach them if needed first. If admin is good u promote him, if not u give him more time to get good, if he is retarded u demote him. 

So lets talk about the current result of LSA work. Where r good SA admins? We have max 5 of them including people who play 5-10 hours a week, not really active. U have to provide nide with good admins thats all that u have to do. This is LSA's responsibility. 

At the same time u promoting people who did nothing and not doing it for people who did good work. This is not a way to get good SA team obviously.

U said that Forze (and some other gyus) not fit your admin team. Can u explain in details also? Mb he not sucking dicks in discord? Mb u dont like him cos he is russian? He trolled 5 years ago so he is troll now? Any more reasons? U said it based on your own feelings. Only result matters. He didnt abused, he did a lot of bans and mutes, he show himself like a really good admin. 

Being admin is a work. If admin do his work good he is fine, even if he dont have good relations with other admins. Actually its hard to have good relations with retards. I perfectly know it cos i was admin for a long time. 

Dont ask me to be admin cos i will be LSA in like 2 weeks and after that u will be demoted for not being active. Killik should do it by himself but its ok, at least u can make nonsense posts on forum. Also very important part of future of nide xD

Finally, answer 2 questions i mentioned before:

1. Which legendary decisions u made for a future of nide, can u show us at least 3 one's? 

2. How can u reasonable explain in which way u understand if admin fit your admin team or not?

1 simple thing I have to say regarding Sausage's reply is:
"Sounds good in practice, but doesn't work."

Especially when considering how Nide's admin system may have a basis on what specific qualities they're looking for (as stated in admin applications), but for most cases disregards them anyway. In addition, from my perspective, how the admin system operates is usually left to a questionable mix of:
- Personal bias,
- One-sided observation from every admin with different interactions with the admin in question,
- And said admin's past experiences and actions.

When a workplace's system is flawed, the staff themselves become flawed. Same thing for Nide's hierarchy admin system.

Anyway, that is my take on the topic. Now to go hide in my eternal slumber basement for the next decade.
